WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Base

  • 1 cup plant-based or dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana (mashed)

Toppings

METHOD

  1. Combine chia seeds, mashed banana, maple syrup and cacao powder with your choice of milk in a bowl or container and let soak over night in the fridge.
  2. In the morning top with your favourite granola, banana slices, freeze-dried raspberries and a big spoonful of Fix and Fogg Chocolate Peanut Butter.
