METHOD

  1. Heat the oven to 180C fan bake and prepare your muffin tin or cupcake liners.
  2. Mash together the banana, olive oil and Peanut Butter until well combined before folding in the flour, baking soda and powder.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on the outside. Leave to cool.
  4. For the topping, mash together banana and Smooth Peanut Butter and spread evenly on the muffins. Top with a little treat for some extra fun!
