- Heat the oven to 180C fan bake and prepare your muffin tin or cupcake liners.
- Mash together the banana, olive oil and Peanut Butter until well combined before folding in the flour, baking soda and powder.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on the outside. Leave to cool.
- For the topping, mash together banana and Smooth Peanut Butter and spread evenly on the muffins. Top with a little treat for some extra fun!
